We request 48 hours notice if you will be unable to attend a scheduled workshop or tutoring session. If a client offers less than 48 hours notice, we reserve the right to invoice at the agreed upon rate for the missed appointment. We also reserve the right to decline business. We process payments through Square, a secure third party vendor.

Gauss Kata, LLC is the name which appears on our invoices and is the legal entity operating this venture.
